Key Tasks


To ensure all incoming calls are handled in a proficient, courteous and professional manner. Additionally, welcome and greet visitors to the business.

  • Accept all incoming calls within 5 rings
  • Answer the phone in accordance with dealership instructions
  • Greet all customers on arrival
  • Keep and maintain a timed record of all incoming calls
  • Record every sales call, the customer name and the sales person who took the call
  • Operate and maintain a system to ensure all messages are passed to the recipient by email promptly
  • Provide refreshments for visitors and ensure units are well stocked at all times
  • Clean the coffee and tea machines
  • Purchase milk supplies for all hospitality units
  • Inform the necessary staff of incoming parcels for their attention
  • Process and record all outgoing post
  • Keep hospitality areas clean and tidy
  • To provide administration support to other departments as and when required
  • Ensure that your work area is kept clean and tidy
  • To attend training courses as and when required
  • Undertake any reasonable task as required by management
  • To act in the best interests of the company at all times
  • To report to management any matter which might require their attention
