> We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain social distancing for staff and customers attending our premises and when we are providing our vehicle collection and delivery services.
> Where a minimum space of 2 metres cannot be maintained between people we have taken all other practical measures to manage the risk of transmission of COVID-19.
> We provide antibacterial and antiviral cleaning materials throughout our businesses for access by all staff and customers.
> All vehicles are cleaned using antibacterial and antiviral materials to ensure they are COVID-19 free on delivery or return to our customers.
